1. How can I become an instructor for the Global Language Network?
First fill out a teaching application, which can be found on the website under the “Teach” section. If we approve your application, we will invite you to attend a two hour teacher training session.
2. What are the requirements for being a GLN teacher ?
The only requirement is to be a native speaker of the language you wish to teach. We will train you and provide all the necessary materials you need in order to teach. Just remember: have fun and engage your students!
3. What is the commitment involved with being a GLN Instructor?
Being an instructor for GLN requires a one hour commitment per week to teach a Survival Skills class, and at least two hours, or more depending on your schedule, for an Immersion class.
4. What are the hours/days for teaching?
Classes are scheduled according to your availability, but preferably, since we cater to the community, after 5pm during the week and anytime during the weekend.
